With great skill and respect for tradition, Ladurée has created a new collection of chocolates with very evocative names – Eblouissant (dazzling), Bouleversant (moving), Troublant (stirring desire), Magnifique (magnificent), Incroyable (incredible), Merveilleux (fabulous), Prodigieux (wonderful), Epatant (marvellous), ....
The assortment includes ganaches, pralines, nougat, marzipan, truffles, "mendiants" (dark chocolate rounds with dried fruit and nuts), "tuiles" (chocolates shaped like pantiles), caramelised almonds and "fruits déguisés" (fruits dipped in chocolate).

The collection is composed of many subtle blends of taste and texture in which chocolate is combined with cinnamon, chestnut flower honey, raisins flambéed in rum, coconut, tea, lemon, hazelnuts, etc.

As a tribute to the macaroons for which Ladurée is famous, Philippe Andrieu has created a range of macaroon chocolates –bitter dark chocolate, milk chocolate, pistachio and "troublant".

All Ladurée chocolates are made entirely ’in-house’.
